If you don’t love Roy Walker, kill yourself.

  • Segaman19 says:

I’d have thought there would be a ‘Mr Chips’ joke in the ad. Still, I was good, but I wasn’t right. :D

  • OneSoccer says:

How is it racist? The whole point of the order being wrong is so that Roy can use his catchphrase “It’s good but it’s not right..”

  • andrewmassive says:

I didnt think this advert would be interpreted as racist. We all remember Roy Walker from Catchphrase and this was one of his most famous quotes on the show (its good but its not right).

  • JunglemanchiId says:

grow up. I for one dont like phoning places and having an indian guy pretending he is called John struggling to understand what I am saying because I am Scottish…am I racist? No..I have no problem with Indians….just like sometimes I phone a place and someone Irish answers, we have funny calls then

  • 01mcgavini says:

Roy is a legend! Nobody hosted a game show like Catchphrase lol

  • chubbygirl6999 says:

it is kinda racist but well funni so i dont care

  • lottiejadesmith says:

lol this advert isnt racist if they were gonna be racist towards indians they would of done it in a more obvious way, not just say “oh indians cant even get an order right arent they useless”

    its just a bloody advert.

  • eatmyidect says:

You people reason the world’s become so “politically correct”. They aren’t making derogatory comments about Indian people – they’re saying that british people have difficulty understanding accented people in foreign call centers.

The restaurant thing was purely a coincidence and obviously isn’t intended to have anything to do with the previous scene you idiot.

  • rmcraigie says:

albert, ure only 1 who thinks so, go and get a life and stop trying to read stuff into every 1 wee thing.

  • garveyelite93 says:

lmaoo advert is classs say what u se roy hahahahahah

  • albert276 says:

Does anyone else think that there is something a little racist about this advert?

I think the advert is saying that Indian people aren’t good enough to work in call centres by say they only have UK only call centres, and they aren’t even good at running a restaurant because he gets the order wrong.

It isn’t racist at all, but it could be interpreted that way, or am i the only one who thinks so?
